Meet the 11 young ladies vying for the title of Miss Massachusetts' Outstanding 2016 on April 3, 2016 at Keith Middle School in New Bedford. The winner will represent Massachusetts at the 2017 Miss America's Outstanding Teen Pageant in Orlando, Fla., this August.
